the next couragous leadership speaker

Humanizing feedback conversations, and helping managers embrace coaching leadership.
Hi Diana,
Your goal is to encourage educators to be more courageous with their leadership approach, and it resonates with me a lot!
I believe we have to be courageous and and scrap most of the existing feedback formats, if we want to remove feedback anxiety from it. Nobody should feel anxious about feedback conversations, right?
The conventional rulebooks and methods are broken. I don’t play by those rules. Most of the feedback training and models are outdated and are responsible for the stress that feedback conversations often create. We need a fresh approach.
I have combined the world of sport, neuroscience and psychology into coaching feedback model.
As a speaker though, I do more than amplify your message and mission during the event.
I heavily engage with my social networks before and after the event.
I’m not just bringing myself to the event. I’m bringing my tribe with me. I proactively help with your marketing by engaging my network.
Please fire away with any questions, and I’m ready and waiting for your call.
Have a great day on purpose,
Raf
Speaker Bio
In 2006, I experienced leadership and a people-centered culture for the first time. I felt like I belonged.
I promised myself that I will always create the same feeling to the person on my right and the person on my left.
Public speaking helps me scale that promise. In connecting with more people, I can share the tools and inspiration we all need. The goal: to create a working environment where people feel like they belong.
My background in competitive martial arts and managing restaurants brings a set of unique insights and stories. It is in these intense training environments that I discovered that the model of conventional feedback is broken.
And after years of research, testing, and my own feedback, my process throws out the manual that’s separating people. Let’s get people back together again.
Because when that happens, people work better. Teams are more productive. Businesses are happier. And we all benefit.
And it only takes 10 minutes of your time.
Speaking Topic
Stepping away from formal authority during feedback conversations
Managers today are overly reliant on the formal authority that is attached to that job title.
With that, our behaviour and communication is influenced by that power and as a result, managers are failing to create so needed, psychological safety.
I would like to encourage your audience to step away from that approach, and start sharing feedback differently. To step down and having those eye level conversations.
During my talks, I range from coaching leadership to feedback conversations and creating psychological safety at work. I build my entire speech around your values and goals of your organisation or the theme of the event.
Your audience is guaranteed to leave your event with new insights that they can start implementing immediately.
MY STYLE
As a public speaker, my unique style has grown out of my two role models:
- Simon Sinek: I admire his ability to connect with the audience through storytelling. You’ll get plenty of stories too.
- Vinh Giang: His passion and energy to ignite the audience. My topics are deeply personal and exciting, and I bring that every time.
At your event, I am your voice, with my unique approach.
